Today I made pumpkin quiche again...baked on the stove top in "Oshra" the stove top oven :) It is a success story every time I use it! We had a left over pork chop from the other day as well as onions and mashed potatoes, so I cut everything into small pieces, added a small can of sweetcorn and some cream of chicken soup and voila...a thick sauce to accompany the quiche! We had a feast...and there is enough for another feast tomorrow :)
