Pork Chop Dinner

Here is a more detailed look at our dinner with friends last night on ORION...boneless (ever so slightly breaded) pan-fried pork chops and onions...mashed potatoes...zucchini/yellow squash/sun dried tomatoes veggie ensemble...cucumber/tomato/ranch dressing salad...and Rick's famous red onion salad (think I mentioned that somewhere before, hahaha). We had a feast!
